MaryBeth and Charlie: Westchester Wedding Photography New Rochelle Fountainhead

A blog post with just one picture in it… yes I know, normally we put up a lot more than that… well, this time around I wanted to put these up in another location, so, if you want to see more (and of course you do… this is just a tease for the rest of the teasers), then go to the Small Moments Studios page on Facebook.  If you like the work, why not become a fan!  And if you want to go directly to the album, click here.

Okay, so MaryBeth made such a beautiful bride… and what I know from taking pictures at weddings is that a lot of times a bride won’t realize by looking in the mirror, just how amazing they look… after I shot the first two pictures of MaryBeth all dressed up, hair done, make-up finished, etc., I showed her a couple of the shots… and my favorite part of the day was her reaction upon seeing herself as I saw her through the lens.  She had seen herself in the mirror, but that was looking from her perspective… when she saw the image I captured, she was blown away at how she looked.

There were so many great moments with this wedding… MaryBeth and Charlie did a first look, which is always fun, and allowed us to get some great pictures before the ceremony.  The ceremony was really lovely, and the church was laid out in such a way that we were able to move around and get some more interesting shots.  From there, we did formals outside and then we headed to The Fountainhead in New Rochelle where the reception was to be.  We spent some time getting the bridal party shots, then we headed to enjoy the rest of the night.

The reception that followed the bridal party photo session was tons of fun… and the father/daughter dance definitely is one that’ll go down in the books!  Thankfully we were shooting full day video for this wedding, so Keith was right there to capture it all… and Nick, our unofficial “new addition” was along shooting for the day… he always adds amazing images and different perspectives.  He’s joined us on weddings a couple of times now and I suspect he’ll be around a lot more this coming year.

Oh, and MaryBeth and Charlie opted for our SPOTLIGHT photobooth… everyone always has so much fun with that.  Again, pictures on the facebook page... enjoy!

Be well.

-Ryan.
