…so Keith asked me the other day… where would I get married if I was going to renew my vows and get married again. Then he told me “But you can’t answer Falkirk”. And my response was “Well, to be truthful, it would have to be Falkirk. They have everything you could want in a venue”. And see, here’s the proof… a video teaser from Natalia and Jonathan’s wedding… from January. It was cold and snowy, but the wedding was amazing. Beautiful in the spring and summer, of course, but even in the winter it looks beautiful. And of course, the staff and food is great no matter what time of year.
We love Falkirk… we were there last week for the owner’s daughter’s Super Sweet Sixteen… (happy birthday again, Kim!). We’ve been there a bunch this year so far and we’re scheduled to be there a bunch more.

Fun fun fun with Michelle and Adam… we had a great time shooting at Vanderbilt Mansion in Hyde Park. Every engagement session reinforces the fact that I really have great wedding couples to work with. Here’s a couple of pictures from my time with Michelle and Adam. We’ll see them in October for their wedding… looking forward to it!
We were honored to be asked to shoot Kim’s Super Sweet Sixteen last weekend… as she is the daughter of the owner of Falkirk Estate and Country Club. We love that venue, and as I was saying to Kim’s mother Carla, we feel like family when we’re there. We always have a blast with Falkirk events, the food is always great and the party is always rockin’. This party was no less pumping than if a wedding were going on… in fact, I do believe that the party was even more rockin’. Kim is an awesome girl and the Falkirk ballroom was all decked out, and everyone came ready to party.
We’re doing this a little backwards… a video teaser up before we blog some images… but I had to share the awesomeness of the video with you guys. Happy Birthday Kim… I hope you had a great time, and I hope you like the video teaser! I’m sure we’ll see you soon!

Day two of “engagement session” weekend started with Brandon & Kelly at Bear Mountain. We had a lot of fun and got some great shots of them… take a look below for a couple of the images. We’ll see them in June for their wedding!
Jill and Stephen had a great wedding at the Nyack Seaport… we had a lot of fun with them… such a nice couple, and of course, they recommended us to their friends as well… the last wedding we shot (Niyati) was based on a recommendation from Jill and Stephen. Thanks guys!

I had a great time hanging with Michael and Christina, shooting their engagement session for their 2012 wedding at the Marina Del Ray. Michael and Christina are a fun couple… we spent the day at Glen Island Park in New Rochelle. Check out a couple of the images from the day.
Andrea and Shane were all sorts of awesome (and they still are, of course). We had such a great time shooting their wedding at The Thayer Hotel in West Point. We love shooting there and we always end up there a bunch during the year. Anyway, here is a teaser from their video… it was hard to keep it short, with all the fun… the dancing was off the hook (I can use that phrase, right?) and the bridal party was so much fun.
Anyway, I loved the time I had with this couple… I need some more reasons to hang around with them. Enjoy the teaser!

Met up with Jamie and Eric at the start of my crazy Engagement Session Marathon Weekend (5 sessions in 2 days). Hey guys… we’ve had a crazy last couple of days… shot a Sweet 16 for the daughter of the owner of Falkirk Estate and Country Club… shot 5 different engagement sessions, 1 video interview for a documentary and we did a charity shoot for Autism Speaks. That’s a lot for 5 days… so now we’re catching up on emailing, editing and of course, the blog. So here’s a video teaser from Zamira and Pedro’s awesome wedding this past year. We were hired for video only, as the couple had already booked my good friend Lindsey from Lindsey’s Photography in NJ. We had a great time out with Niyati and Jesse at their wedding at the Park Savoy in New Jersey. We got permission for a couple of teaser pictures, so here’s just a few from the day. Lots of fun, great couple, great venue, and an awesome bridal party. Our SPOTLIGHT photobooth was definitely a hit… we’ll be putting up some images probably on the facebook page from that… so become a fan of the Small Moments Studios Facebook Page and you’ll see them when they go up in a week or so.
