Hey everyone. We hope you all have been okay with all this crazy weather we’ve been having! We managed through Irene with no damage to the studio, but we were out of power and internet service for a while and we had a couple of trees down. This pushed us a bit behind and we’ve just about caught up on all the emails and editing…
All of our files were secure through the storms, as we have multiple backups of all our work. We hope you all weren’t too inconvenienced, as we know many people in general had serious damage to their homes. So far, only one of our upcoming brides (who happens to be a friend of mine) had any wedding fallout from Irene as her venue had damage that wouldn’t be cleared in time for her date. She has been able to move her wedding venue and still keep her date, so in the end, it’s all going to be fine. As far as we know, none of our other weddings were affected.
We’ve been having a great time as always this season, shooting a lot of great weddings… and as we’re in September (I say it every year, but man, the summer goes fast!) we’re into our busy season. We’re shooting a lot in the next three months, and we’re also finishing up other projects… videos, albums, etc. We’ve grown the company and taken on some more shooters that are really great and we’re happy to have them with us. We’ll post something specifically on our new friends soon…
